My apologies, but the shop is on a bit of a hiatus until funds provide otherwise.

I require payment prior to shipping and that means PayPal or a money order mailed to my residence. When it comes to a payment deadline, I'm very flexible. As long as I receive your payment within a week or so, you're good. I'm not going to give you bad feedback if I get a late payment as long as it's not ridiculously late. I will have your item shipped within 48 hours of received payment or next business day. I will send you a message when it has been mailed.

I use the cheapest but safest method of shipping possible. Usually, this is U.S. First Class Mail. (It's like a nickel to make it first class, so why not?) Any upgrades need to be requested upon purchase and postage must be paid in advance for said upgrade. I also recycle old envelopes and boxes, if they are available. Please let me know if you have a problem with this.

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back to me for a refund or exchange within (5) days of arrival. My descriptions are as accurate as possible, so unless I have misrepresented the product, it is the buyer's remorse. The postage for returns must be paid by the customer. Please keep in mind that my items are handmade and may have slight flaws in them. I try to catch any errors and offer discounts when it is possible. However, your item will always be made with the best care and quality assurance I am capable of. If your item has not been received after a long period of time, please contact me. I have not had this happen before, but I want to take as many preventive measures as I can.
